These Terms govern access to and use of the Nazarana website and purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our applicable policies.

Products & Images

Nazarana offers curated gifting products, festive hampers, silver-coated gift articles, décor products and related collections. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, handcrafted detailing, materials or natural variations. Minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect. Decorative props, flowers, furnishings, food styling or other presentation elements shown in photographs are not included unless specifically stated.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices, offers and availability may change. Changes will not ordinarily affect an accepted order at its confirmed price, except to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law. Applicable charges will be displayed or communicated as appropriate.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders may be subject to payment confirmation, availability, verification and acceptance. Nazarana may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including unavailable stock, incorrect information, suspected fraud, payment failure, inability to service the location, or legitimate operational or legal reasons. If Nazarana cancels a successfully prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Customers are responsible for accurate billing information and authorisation to use their selected payment method.

Delivery & Returns

Orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Personalised, Bulk & Corporate Orders

These may have separate timelines, pricing, minimum quantities and cancellation or return conditions communicated at the time of ordering.

Cancellations

To request cancellation, contact hello@nazarana.co.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, particularly after processing, personalisation, procurement, packing or dispatch has begun. An eligible prepaid cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method. Additional rights provided by applicable law continue to apply.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Nazarana branding, website design, product presentation, written content, graphics, photographs and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Nazarana and may not be commercially reproduced or used to represent another business without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

Website Availability, Promotions & Misuse

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Promotions may have separate eligibility, validity and minimum-order conditions and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. Nazarana may investigate, suspend or refuse transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorised payment activity, promotional abuse or website misuse, subject to applicable law.

Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nazarana will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nazarana will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Changes & Governing Law

These Terms may be updated periodically. They are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and mandatory consumer jurisdiction, disputes shall be subject to competent courts in Delhi, India.
