Every Nazarana order is prepared with care so that it reaches its destination beautifully presented and ready to be cherished.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmed order. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on delivery location, product availability, festive periods, courier operations, weather, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Personalised, customised, corporate and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Order & Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient name, address, PIN code and contact number. Nazarana will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply where re-dispatch is required due to incorrect information or an unsuccessful delivery attributable to the recipient.

Tracking & Festive Periods

Where tracking is available, details may be shared after dispatch. During Diwali and other high-volume periods, courier networks may experience additional demand, so time-sensitive gifting orders should be placed well in advance.
