Payments

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Where payment information is entered directly into their secure interface, Nazarana does not need to receive or store complete card, UPI or banking credentials. Their own policies may apply.

Sharing

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with payment processors, logistics partners, technology providers and professional advisers, or where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Nazarana does not sell customers' personal information as a business activity.

Retention & Security

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for its purpose and legitimate business, accounting, tax, legal, dispute-resolution and regulatory requirements. We take reasonable administrative and technical security measures, but no internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices & Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may contact Nazarana regarding your personal information, correction requests or other applicable rights. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn subject to applicable law. Transactional communications necessary for existing orders may continue.

Third-Party Services & Updates

Independent third-party services are responsible for their own privacy practices. Nazarana may update this policy periodically; the latest published version will display its updated date.
